Grouse Creek’s Labrador Retrievers guarantees the puppy’s eyes and hips until age 25 months.

The puppy’s eyes are guaranteed free and clear from congenital problems. The eye diagnosis must be made by a Board Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist by the 24th month of age.

The puppy’s hips must be x-rayed by a Board Certified Veterinarian by the 24th month of age. The puppy’s hips are guaranteed to be O.F.A. certifiable at 24 months of age.

Puppies will have dew claws removed, received first shots and wormed prior to delivery to their new owners.

In order for this guarantee to be honored, the buyer must adhere to the following:

1. O.F.A. shall be the sole judge regarding the hips. The hips must be found to have dysphasia.
2. CERF shall be the sole judge of the eyes. The eyes must be found to be non certifiable.
3. If the dog has sired or whelped a litter, then this guarantee is void.
4. This guarantee is void if the dog has been sold. This guarantee is non-transferable.
5. The buyer must supply veterinarian proof the dog has been sterilized.

All shipping, travel, test and other expenses shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Grouse Creek’s Labrador Retrievers guarantees the health of the puppy for seven days after receipt of your puppy. All puppies will be examined by our veterinarian before shipment and will come with a health certificate from the vet. We recommend you have the puppy examined by your veterinarian as soon as possible.

When registering your puppy with AKC we request that you use "Grouse Creek’s" in your puppy’s AKC registered name
